Shipping policy
We deliver across Egypt and to selected international destinations.
Delivery fees (Egypt)
- Delta (Lower Egypt): 100 EGP
- Cairo, Alexandria and Canal cities: 110 EGP
- Upper Egypt and remote areas: 140 EGP
International delivery is available to selected countries for 950 EGP. The exact fee for your address and any free-delivery offers are shown at checkout before you pay.
In-stock items
In-stock orders are prepared and handed to our delivery partner after the order is confirmed. Our team may contact you by phone to confirm your order and delivery address.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items are sourced after your order is placed and ship once they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated delivery for pre-order items is 20–30 days from order confirmation. This estimate may change due to supplier or shipping delays, and we will keep you updated. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are available.
Delivery
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and reachable. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or the recipient cannot be reached, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and additional delivery fees may apply.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glamdeals.eg@gmail.com with your order number and photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
