Welcome to Glam Deals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of glam-deals.com and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. About us

Glam Deals is an online beauty store based in El Mansoura, Dakahlia, Egypt, offering curated international beauty products to customers in Egypt. Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product details, shades, and images as accurately as possible. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and packaging may vary from the images shown. Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale. Please read product ingredients before use and stop use if irritation occurs.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Payment must be completed using one of the methods offered at checkout.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order (for example, because of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Pre-orders

Some products are offered for pre-order. Pre-order items are not yet in our stock and are sourced after your order is placed. Any delivery timeframe shared for a pre-order is an estimate and may change due to supplier or shipping delays. If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item.

7. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Egypt. Delivery fees and any free-delivery offers are shown at checkout. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and refunds

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and are reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Glam Deals or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by unauthorised means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Glam Deals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or the products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
